Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)

Damages: If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. Pretty You’Nique Boutique will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.

In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present.

Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to the sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.

Any missing items from an order that states were shipped require a copy of the original invoice and a picture of what was received to be emailed to support@shoppyb.com. Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Pretty You’Nique Boutique will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to support@shoppyb.com.

Returns

The buyer is responsible for contacting support@shoppyb.com to initiate the return process.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.

After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing returns and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom handmade jewelry, Clearance / Sales items, Curated Bundle Boxes, Beauty Products, and Gift card purchases are non-returnable.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return(s).

Free gift with purchase

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

Surprise Bundle Box Purchases

Surprise bundle boxes include an array of Pretty You’Nique items. Items may include current and/or previous items offered on our website. The box may or may not be a complete look, but items can be incorporated with any look. The boxes are non-refundable, non-returnable and they cannot be swapped or sold in any of our FB groups. By purchasing the box, you understand and accept all of the details above.

Shipping & Handling

Priority shipping (2-5 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $99 (sub-total). Excludes Gift Card Purchases. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

– Two Day Shipping: is available for $25 (Excludes P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses) UPS Delays Possible
– Next Day Shipping: is available for $35 (Excludes P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses) UPS Delays Possible

Orders placed by 2 pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be processed within 2 business days (Excludes Holidays).

Since Pretty You’Nique Boutique is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost, or stolen, please initiate a packaging claim with UPS/USPS.

U.S. Territories and International Shipping to Canada ONLY: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders to Canada. Any additional duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment Processing

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, and Sezzle. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as ‘P.Y.B Pretty You’Nique Boutique’.

Pre-orders

Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to Pretty You’Nique new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be canceled/refunded once placed. *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.*
