How is billing done for Paypal?

Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a Billing Agreement which will authorize the merchant to take out their payments directly from their PayPal account. When placing an order, I got an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that Shoppyb.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

How long does it take for me to get my shipment?

Pretty You’Nique Boutique uses USPS to ship our packages within the United States. Shipping averages approximately 1-7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Where is the package shipped from?

Jacksonville, Florida.

 

How do I handle lost or stolen packages?

Since Pretty You’Nique Boutique is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact USPS directly at1 (800) 275-8777 and provide your tracking details. If USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with USPS.

 

RETURNS

Want to return my purchase! What should I do?

Submit a return request to support@shoppyb.com

Buyer is responsible for contacting support@shoppyb.com to initiate the return process.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise 7 days of the delivery of your product. After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.

In order to correctly process your return, the products must be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to the sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.

Non-Returnable Items: ALL Beauty Products, Surprise Bundle Boxes, Clearance Items, Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s)

 

How long does it take for me to get a store credit for a return or damage?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
